Benvenuti nella "River Retreat House" nello splendido Three Rivers. La casa è meravigliosa. Bellissimi arredi da divani, tavoli, letti, sedie, mobili da giardino. Tutte le finiture moderne e nuovi pavimenti in legno. Siamo a circa 20 minuti dall'ingresso del Parco Nazionale della Sequoia.

Vieni a rilassarti su due ponti sul fiume South Fork Kaweah. Goditi la proprietà paesaggistica con meravigliosi lavori di roccia. Siediti intorno alla buca per il fuoco del propano e cucina le smores. Cucinare fuori con il barbecue propano. Tutti i comfort: TV LED, cavo satellitare, WiFi, telefono cordless, lettore BluRay. Siamo a soli 20 minuti dagli incredibili sentieri alla fine della forcella sud (come i percorsi delle coccinelle).

La proprietà ha i suoi bellissimi sentieri da godere. È così lussureggiante e verde.

Quando abbiamo iniziato a ristrutturare la cabina "Romantic River Retreat", siamo stati molto orgogliosi di renderlo speciale. Non abbiamo solo dipinto il rivestimento in legno di cedro, ma l'abbiamo meticolosamente colorato. Abbiamo impiegato del tempo per mettere insieme qualcosa di speciale nella proprietà che, nonostante i tuoi elementi naturali, puoi sentirti sicuro, pulito, confortevole e accogliente in una proprietà recentemente ristrutturata sul fiume. Mettiamo tutti i nuovi arredi da divani, sedie, tavoli, letti, tutto. Abbiamo installato ripiani in cristallo di quarzo bianco. Abbiamo appena aggiunto nuova ghiaia attorno al perimetro. È qualcosa di straordinario e assolutamente bellissimo

Escursionismo, rafting, mountain bike, equitazione e gite in barca sono tra le attività disponibili nelle vicinanze. Anche se molti vengono per rilassarsi, osservare le stelle e godersi la natura.

Questa proprietà è davvero unica perché poiché la siccità ha colpito la California negli ultimi 3 anni e molte case fluviali si prosciugano alla fine dell'estate per cadere, beh siamo fortunati a dire che non abbiamo MAI prosciugato (bussare al legno) a causa di dove abbiamo sedersi sul fiume South Fork. Quindi, se rimani con noi, assicurati che in qualsiasi momento dell'anno sperimenterai l'acqua che scorre attraverso il nostro fiume sulla nostra proprietà.

I ponti sono solo una breve passeggiata lungo il sentiero per l'accesso al fiume. Ci sono 2 case vacanza private sulla proprietà di 6 acri, quindi se hai una festa più grande e vorresti affittare entrambe le case, sentiti libero di chiedere. Se hai più famiglia e amici, anche la nostra casa più grande può ospitare. Ci impegniamo a rendere il tuo tempo con noi un'esperienza rilassante e memorabile.

The property is lovey and would stay here again. Only about 20 minutes from Sequoia National Park entrance. A short walk from the cabin to the decks on the river provided relaxing evenings to the sound of the river.Srey, the host, provided us with detailed information about the property and while we didn't see or speak to him during our stay, I was confident he would quickly respond should we need anything.Highly recommend

Perfect Stay For Our Anniversary

I'm not the best at taking vacations. I'm a worrier by nature but Srey made my trip stress-free. He was always available to me when i had questions or needed anything during the stay. Srey even helped us plan our trip several weeks in advance. As for the location itself, it was beautiful. We had a constant hum of the river and the stars were amazing at night. The house was clean and cozy. We used the BBQ and the stove for cooking and both worked great. The beds and couches were soft and comfortable. All of the linen and towels were also fresh and clean for us. I'm looking forward to my next trip to central California and have already talked with Srey about some of his other properties.

The Perfect Getaway in Nature

River Retreat House is the perfect place for a getaway in nature. The cabin is accessible from town via a 15-20 minute drive along a gorgeous, quiet mountain road and feels very remote (no cell service for us!), but it is equipped with everything you would need. We had a lovely time enjoying the gorgeous river that is accessible from the property and didn't see another soul. We also enjoyed the use of the propane fire pit and incredible views of the starry night sky from the backyard. The town of Three Rivers is very quaint and has multiple places to eat, drink, and shop on your way in or out of town, and after a very short drive you can be at the entrance to Sequoia National Park! We highly recommend this cabin and hope to return someday.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

The property was just as described! Cute small and cozy cabin with a nice walk to the creek. I’m a clean freak and this property was extremely clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay and communication with the host was great. Easy check-in and clear instructions. Would love to stay again!

Great place to enjoy Sequoia!

There are several things that made this a really great experience. First is Srey, the property owner/manager. I have stayed in several VRBO’s over the years, and she is by far the best communicator I’ve interacted with. In addition, she provided a wealth of information about the area - restaurants, markets, things to do - that saved us a lot of time. The house itself is very clean, well maintained, and in a wooded, private setting. The nearby property, which Srey also owns, was not an issue. There were people staying there while we were there; we never heard or saw them. The river is a short walk away and can be heard from the house. The internet is good which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. I look forward to staying here again.

OK but wouldn't come back

It was terribly difficult to find. Need better signage. Couldnt turn on the heater unless you disarmed the smoke detector. Bathroom faucets are backwards, toilet paper is behind you. What is that about? Sorry, but we have vacation rental property and I am much more particular about the experience our guests have. The water and decks in back were beautiful. The space was very clean.

Beautiful Spot

Srey was incredibly responsive and informative. The retreat was spotless. Beautiful, but remote, location. Would be best if you plan on hanging out there for a good chunk of your trip - even not considering a line to get into the park the retreat is >1hr from General Sherman etc...

Great Host! Super quiet remote cozy stay!

Host was an excellent communicator before during and after our trip! House was super clean. Spacious for the two of us. Super remote/quiet and the river is a close walk. Would definitely stay again! Oh and the PacMan game was a bonus :)

Perfect for Sequoia

We rented this is to have a place to sleep and hangout between our adventures in Sequoia National Park. This property is less than 15 min from the visitors center. The cabin is clean, the beds are comfortable and the property is beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. I advise checking in while it’s still daytime because the location is hard to find.

River Retreat Cabin

This little cabin made me feel I was away from civilization, exactly what I was looking for. There are a few houses around which is what I wanted! The three day stay was fenomenal, quiet, the sound of birds and the river flowing made it feel so relaxing. If you’re looking to escape the daily grind of the city, the his place is just for you! Sequoia National Park is also very close, like I said this place is very conveniently located!! Will definitely go back, thank you Srey!!

Relaxing getaway

The property was very clean and updated. The decks along the river were a couple minutes walk from house and a great place to hangout and relax. The main attactions in Sequoia were 45 minutes to an hour away. Town of three rivers had a couple nice restaurant and Visalia is a short drive and has a nice down town. Had a wonderful stay at the property and would rent it again.

Cozy and comfortable

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a weekend exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The space was just right and the outdoor areas are well thought out and comfortable to use. The seating by the river was beautiful for morning coffee. Communication and check-in were easy. Would definitely stay here again!
