With four beautifully appointed bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 16 but can accommodate up to 24 guests with the use of sofa beds. This serene retreat offers peaceful mountain living just minutes from Sequoia National Park!

Serene Riverfront Home is a spacious and inviting retreat, perfect for large groups seeking a memorable getaway—ideal for family reunions, group retreats, and special celebrations.

The living room is designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, featuring a long couch that transforms into two queen beds, offering additional sleeping space for your group. The room also includes an 85” theater-style TV, perfect for movie nights and relaxation. Throughout the home, there are plenty of cozy spaces for guests to gather or unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for a crowd a breeze, and the large dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. Natural light floods the space through large windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Step outside to the expansive patio, where a large dining table invites you to enjoy meals outdoors, and a BBQ grill is available for grilling up your favorite dishes. The serene surroundings are perfect for spotting local wildlife like deer, turkey, quail, and even black bears.

For those seeking outdoor adventure, Serene Riverfront Home provides direct access to the river, where you can enjoy peaceful moments by the water. There is also a picnic table right by the river, ideal for enjoying a meal with a view or simply relaxing while listening to the sounds of nature.

The parking area offers space for up to 5 vehicles.

The property features a spacious backyard and direct river access, which are shared among the three houses on the premises. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor space, relax by the river, or take in the natural surroundings.

Please be mindful of other guests on the property and respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

The bunk room is well equipped with 4 queen beds (configured as 2 bunk beds) + a sofa bed. This space will be cozy for adults, while children love being all in one room together.

Enjoy fresh linens and bath towels during your stay.

We provide hand soaps, bath soaps, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

Start your day with coffee or tea—our Keurig machine comes with a variety of coffee pods.

A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use.

This property is a dream for families and large groups. The home is spacious and beautiful with plenty of options for sleeping arrangements and privacy. The access to the river was so much fun for our kids. Proximity to Sequoia and Kings Canyon is perfect for day trips. The host is responsive and kind. We would absolutely stay here again!
