Hotel vicino a Thunderbird Lounge - Phoenix

“I don’t like that we have to pay $10/ night for parking and we ended up having to park in the parking garage across the way. Very frustrating having to park on the second level only and walking down the stairs and across the property to get back to our room. Other than that it was great. We will look at other options with free parking next time.”

“Friendly staff. Room was clean. Will stay longer next time. Was just a day trip.”

“The staff were prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous.”

“Nice location, and plenty of parking. Room and facility are dated and needing some updates. The shower/bath had been painted and was peeling.”

“The communication from the management was phenomenal! The description matchesd the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe! It fit the needs for me and my family. I would recommend and stay again! Thank you”

“Make sure there is soap and conditioner. Had to walk to Walgreens to find some. Other than that, it was great!”

“The pillows were very, very flat- we could roll them up three times just to get something to lie on. And we requested two additional pillows; there was never any follow-up . The room did smell like smoke.”

“You get what you pay for. Staff was nice and helpful tho.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!”

“I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

“ The rooms are nice, a bit dated, but equipped with everything they need. The bed is comfortable, while the TV is old and small. total lack of empathy,”
