“The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Our room (the best)was located in a converted bungalow over the road , on arrival i was handed rhe keys and told its over there!! “This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon.”

“Be aware that the cleaning staff start working on the floor at 6:30 am — yes, you read that correctly, 6:30 in the morning. They wake you up with very noisy vacuum cleaners and other equipment. I asked the reception why they were making noise so early, and they replied that the cleaning service starts at that time… unbelievable.”
