Hotel vicino a Thuy Hoa Park - Lao Cai

“Beautiful room, always a plus to have windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful, good location too!”

“4/5”

“An great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady cook, excellent, always had a good chat with my partner. Excellent food and fresh food. ”

“Nice property-huge parking lot”

“At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

“Super kind staff. We enjoyed staying here.”

“None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee. Unless you just...

“Although I didn’t like their breakfast much, the great staff and hotel itself made up for that. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
