“Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed”

“Banyantree Tianjin絕對把招牌放錯了建築物，完全沒有一點與Banyantree的特色連結，若一定要說有..就只有SPA,可惜了，又再次糟蹋了Banyantree的經典SPA,非常失望。 我們08/11住河東區香格里拉很棒，軟硬體服務具佳，08/12住悅榕莊，08/13住和平區的Ritz Carlton. 三個品牌都是世界知名品牌，也都傳承其該有特色，只有悅榕莊無法想像思考，請把我的名字列入它的黑名單吧！絕不會再回去住宿，可惜天津這麼有質量的海河沿岸被悅榕莊破壞了!”
