“The hotel had turned off their air conditioning system which was not known to us until to late, if I was told this at check in I would not have stayed. Staffs solution was to provide a fan but the temperature in the room still was at 25 which is too hot for me to sleep. A poor lack of communication for a calibre of this hotel. ”
