“Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! ”

“è stata la prima volta che vi ho soggiornato, l' hotel si trova in zona totalmente decentrata, la colazione è prevalentemente cinese ed offre poca scelta di pietanze occidentali, oltretutto già mezz'ora prima della chiusura della sala colazioni le pietanze che finiscono non vengono rimpiazzate e questa la trovo una cosa inammissibile per un hotel a 5 stelle!!! ho avuto modo di provare il ristorante a buffet starfish ed ho mangiato molto bene. “I stayed in Mangrove hotel together with my wife for a short holiday. When checking in, we were told that we booked a twin room instead of a double room, but our reservation clearly showed Queen bed. Front Desk Receptionists Freya, William and Jessi immediately somved it and upgraded us a a family suite with 2 floors. We really enjoyed our stay in Mangrove and recommend this hotel for people traveling to Sanya.”
