“I stayed this hotel many years ago. I love the lobby decoration by then. Current decoration is not quite level that can match this brand. overall the hotel is great. very easy access to westlake.”

“Clean and nice room .. nice and helpful staff”

“It was a very clean and spacious room. They have universal chargers here. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. There is also a laundry room to do laundry for free. However, the gym was very lackluster and the cable machine was broken. Overall, it was a good experience.”

“The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all.”

“Buona location, struttura un po’ datata ma con tutti i confort e servizi da Intercontinental. Camera molto confortevole. ”
