“We spent 4 nights at No.5 at the end of April and it exceeded expectations in every possible way.
There are no amount of pictures available to do this property justice and the service was impeccable, Rain and his team did an amazing job of making our stay feel Bespoke and Personal.
We were upgraded to a tree house on our arrival, which was luxurious, spacious and had unimaginably good views, however from what we could see around the property, ALL of the rooms looked fantastic.

“The hotel is perfectly located, with a great selection of restaurants nearby, and the Kuanzhai Alley subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away.
What I want to praise most is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. Something happened to my friend, and the front desk responded to the crisis very quickly. The manager personally updated us on the situation within two hours. We truly felt respected and experienced sincere service.

“Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning
bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park )
& Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal
free water bottles everyday

“Nice to be right on the river and basically right in Ancient town. Unfortunately my room didn’t have much of a view. There was no daily room cleaning or additional water/tea. Breakfast was traditional.”
