“Superbly clean and nice b&b in a great location The host is nice. Minimal English. Had a booking issue as their first Expedia customer but that seems sorted out now Was hard to find ”

“It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.”

“It was a pleasure. Breakfast was nice.. other than getting lost from taxi cabs. Make sure your cat knows where he’s going. We were dropped off twice and the cat dropped us off at a different location. Luckily the building is tall and lit it up. We were able to walk and find it. If you’re looking for something close to Disney, this is it but if you’re looking for a luxury expensive hotel, this is not it. It was something good for something short period. People are super nice. ”

“Très belle surprise! La chambre était très spacieuse,confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Établissement très propre, le service de chambre est parfait. j’ai même eu le droit à un plateau de bienvenue avec des fruits. Le buffet pour le déjeuner est très bon et très varié, il y a beaucoup de choix. Le check.in s’est fait parfaitement et très rapidement. Merci. 🙏❤️”

“The host is friendly and helpful. They arrange local transport and also personally sent us to the bus station. The room size is good and nice and quite. The only drawback is that there is no lift to the upper floors.”
