“The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again...

“We stayed here 5 nights and truly appreciated the value of this hotel. Big room, comfy beds, fast wifi, smart TV, big bathroom, free simple breakfast, personable front desk crew, 7-11 and family mart closeby, bakery almost next door, many local places to eat close by, fast uber delivery for Mcdonalds, and close to Metro station. Camera un po' stretta perchè ci sono due letti anche se ne ne serve uno solo. Poco insonorizzata: si sente molto il rumore delle auto dalla strada, ache dall'ottavo piano. Mi è sembrato molto pulito ed il personale molto gentile. Colazione ok, ma non ricchissima come si può trovare in alcuni hotel a Taipei.”

"Very good hotel. Room very big , silence and clean as well as the bathroom . Nice sauna and swimmjng pool ( but only indoor ) . Very good breakfast ( you can have a complete meal ) but no much sweet food . Location excellent . Just in front of mtr station and always taxi out of the main entrance . Many restaurants and shops in the area including a 7/11 convinient store just beside . Very nice , professional and helpful hotel staff. "
