We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was exactly as described—very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained throughout. The host was friendly, welcoming, and communicated promptly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the main strip while still being in a quiet residential area, so we were able to relax without any noise. The only downside was that the cable TV wasn’t working, which would have been nice for relaxing in the evening and watching a film. However, the host did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily return.

Apartment has its own entrance with lockable gate giving extra security (not that its needed) and privacy. Owners very friendly and easy to deal with and Karen who lives on site is on hand to help if any issues arise. Highly recommended...and will definitely stay again....

Pros: We have been to Puerto del Carmen nearly every year for the past 5 and stayed at Las Palmeras 3 on a few occassions, we have always found it very clean and comfortable with all the 'mod-cons'. It's superbly located far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to everywhere. The collection of balconies means you get the sun all day, wonderful!

Pros: We have just had a 10 day stay in this fantastic apartment. By far the best apartment we have stayed in. The three balconies were a real bonus sun or shade whenever you want it. Karen was so friendly and helpful. Most of all we loved the peace and quiet of the location yet near enough to walk to everything. Stella was very helpful with all the booking arrangements of which we were grateful. We will definately stay here again.

Pros: This apartment came highly recommended by family and we found it to be true. Well located for the beach (5mins walk) and numerous restaurants and supermarkets, yet peaceful and relaxing. We were met by Karen ( who lives on site ) who made us feel welcome.The apartment is airy ,clean , well maintained and has 3 balconies which is great for sun worshippers ! The owners sent out a detailed information pack prior to the holiday which proved very useful.

Clean, comfortable and well situated to enjoy the numerous bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The owners and on-site housekeeper very helpful. The complex was full when we were there but quiet,and when ever we used the pool it was just like having your own private one, The apartments , garden and pool areas were very clean and Karen was always willing to help and give information on the resort,the bottled water was great to have on hand. Pros: Just spent our seventh Christmas/New Year at No 6 and had yet another fantastic stay, enjoying all the new improvements made. The walk-in shower is excellent and the new oven and TV. It is in all a home from home and even though on holiday some nights we didn't venture out. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful with lots of time to relax on any of the 3 balconies in the lovely sunshine. Can't wait to spent my first three months of retirement there!!

Pros: We stayed in No 6 in Mar 2009 and found it to be one of the most comfortable apartments we have rented. The standard of furnishings is very high with comfortable settees, beds and a well equipped kitchen. We found that having a choice of balconies and also the privacy and security afforded by the separate gated entry gives it an added advantage. There is a good range of shops close by and a supermarket which sells fresh bread every day. We will definitely be back in 2010.

Pros: Las Palmeras 3 is a wonderful apartment, very well equipped and with a fantastic choice of 3 balconies to catch the sun no matter what time of day and plenty of outdoor furniture. The pool area is well kept and the pool is a good size. Plenty of supermarkets close by and only a short walk to the main promenade full of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach. I would love to return to this apartment at sometime in the future and would highly recommend it to you. The owners are also very helpful and friendly and available to answer any questions you might have.

Pros: This apartment is the best on the block as the 3 separate outside spaces mean that there's always a sunny (or shady if you prefer) place to sit and relax. It is in a very quiet location but only a short walk to the main street and the beach. Plenty of supermarkets nearby (including a large Lidl) if you intend to self cater and prices in the shops are very competitive. The outside of the apartment block appears to have been freshly painted and the broken hob mentioned in a previous review has been replaced plus a new extractor fan and washing machine fitted. Highly recommended place to stay.

Pros: We have just had a week at Apartment No: 6 and it made our holiday. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and everything you would want, including privacy. The 3 terraces are a bonus, shade or sun, whatever your heart desires. Lovely pool and as the complex is small, most of the time we were the only ones in it. Very close to all amenities, beach etc. Supermarket 2 minutes walk. We loved it so much that we are booking for next year. We have booked several apartments over the years and this one is by far the best, what more can I say!
