We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment was so clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything you would require for your stay and more. The view from the balcony is lovely - just gazing out at the sea. You are only a short stroll from supermarkets, bars, restaurant and the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Great apartment, but...

First up, this is a great apartment. Modern, clean, great sea view and very spacious. Location is ok, up a bit of a hill, but most properties are in PDC. But... unfortunately for us, builders started working in the adjoining apartment, and the noise was unbearable from 9am till 5pm. Couldn't sit out on the balcony because of the noise and dust. Asked the property manager if he could move us elsewhere, was told "no, but there are plenty of rentals in the area". Make of that what you will. Vrbo were of no help whatsoever. To be fair, the noise and dust did decrease after a few days, but they were still working in it when we left (12-3-24). Despite that, it is a very nice apartment, just make sure the builders have left before you book.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well maintained and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely return again. The only issue we had is that we unfortunately lost the key of the apartment one evening and there was no spare key available. This meant we had to call a locksmith and get the locks changed. While it was absolutely our fault that the key was lost, we would expect that a spare emergency key is held centrally somewhere on the island - we would have been happy to pay for another copy to be made for the one we lost - rather than have the considerable expense of paying for the whole lock to be replaced. Apart from this however, it was a lovely stay and Jorge was always very easy to deal with and very quick to respond. Thank you.

La villa está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Cerca de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila. El servicio de limpieza perfecto. Hemos estado un mes y se ha pasado como si fuera una semana. Muchas gracias!!
