Stunning front line 2 bedroom apartment.

New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.

The spectacular contemporary lounge includes plush comfy sofa and chair , flat screen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free WiFi.

The large sunny balcony enjoys sea views and is equipped with modern dining furniture for alfresco dining and a small bar to enjoy those long summer evenings. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, large oven, fridge and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in shower,twin sinks, towels are provided. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

Air-conditioning has been installed in the apartment . There is also a 2 safety deposit boxes for your safety .

This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.

There is a few steps up to the apartment but the views are worth it.

Lovely apartment and very close to bars and restaurants. The main pool area was great there was always plenty of sunbeds and very quiet. It was spotlessly clean. The balcony attached to the apartment was fab you didn't need to go to the pool if you didn't want to. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Exceptional 10/10.

Fantastic apartment, very modern, very clean, amenities were fantastic. The terrace overlooking the beach is absolutely huge and gets the sun from sunrise to approx 6pm. In the heart of the strip with bars and restaurants all close by. Would highly recommend.

Overall good

Overall impressions of property were good upon arrival until we checked outside terrace area which was filthy, some kind of food remnants over floor and chair cushions also old dry cat mess on grass area. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Photos were taken and sent property agent via email, although no reply or apology, first task for holiday was sweeping and mopping down terrace. Alarm was an absolute nightmare to set and disarm. Shower water pressure was disappointing. Shame about some of the negative points as rest of apartment was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfekte Lage in Puerto del Carmen

Das geräumige Apartment liegt erhöht in der zweiten Reihe hinter der Avenida de las Playes, mitten im Leben und doch ausreichend ruhig. Eine große Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick und zwei Schlafzimmer, die nachts trotz offener Fenster sehr ruhig waren. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut gepflegt. Sie befindet sich in der Apartment-Anlage Caletón Blanco zentral in Puerto del Carmen. Supermarkt (Mercadona, Spar) und vielfältige Gastronomie sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great apartment in great location.

Great apartment in a really great location seconds away from the “strip”. A few steps but fine and nothing in comparison to being up one of the main hills. Good amount of space for a 2 bedroom apartment and enough of everything for 4 people to share. The apartment is very well decorated and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of space in the wardrobes and drawers for all clothes and personal belongings and a safe in each bedroom rather than just in one is a good idea. The apartment was very clean and the outside area was a great size and very well presented. Given the location there is some noise from the bars below but could not hear anything once inside and going to bed and being this close to the main resort that is to be expected. Check in and communication with the management company was quick and easy. All check in process done remotely and online in a very easy process. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be close to the main resort and would definitely stay here again if and when I wanted to return.

Amazing property

The best apartment we have stayed in anywhere, great view, best position in town. The only negative is there was no welcome pack even a bottle of water for the late night arrival would have done the job.

Perfect holiday home

Just home from a great 8 nights stay in this property. The apartment is as it appears in the pictures on the listing. It was clean, comfortable homely & had everything we needed for our holiday. We had excellent communication from Dean before & during our holiday. He replied to queries quickly & check-in was easy. The location couldn't be better. Great to be in the thick of the main strip (but it wasn't noisy at all), a short walk to all the bars & restaurants in the harbour (& smaller beach) & across the road from the main beach. We really loved the huge patio area & enjoyed watching the world go by, looking at the sea & sitting out there late evening playing cards & chilling out together. The pool was lovely. We used it most days. No problems getting sunbeds & it was fine to use inflatables (which some pools don't allow). I can't think of any negatives except maybe the lack of aircon in the 2nd bedroom. We had a heatwave so some nights stayed hot but the kids managed ok with just a fan. If you feel the heat you might miss aircon staying in that room. There are about 30 steps up from the pavement to the apartment & more to the pool. Didn't bother us but if you have mobility issues you'd struggle. Ignore the review saying about the food smells from the restaurant below. Yes there was the occasional waft of food smells but it was not a strong or horrible smell and wasn't constant. We'd 100% recommend this apartment for a fantastic holiday hideaway.

Fabulous apartment, brilliant location

This is a fabulous apartment, in a brilliant location. Air conditioning units in living area, and main bedroom, along with 2 electric fans made it very welcoming after a day out in the heat. A huge TV with the great range of channels, as well as Netflix. Additionally, there was a multitude of books for reading, and a bluetooth stereo for connecting mobile phone & playing music. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Great stay at this apartment. Location right on the front yet still very quiet. The apartment is of a high standard with fully fitted kitchen, top of the range TV with all channels. The terrace was perfect, in fact we never ventured to the pool (which was a fab setting). As we visit Lanzarote regularly, will deffo be staying here again and already recommended to friends. Great communication with owners

Outside disappointing

Nice apartment. Nice modern interior, great television. Unfortunately, the outside space was not pleasant. We were greeted with cat mess on the fake grass area which had clearly been there a long time, so obviously the area has not been cleaned for some time, sun beds were filthy . In addition, the extractor fan from the restaurant below filled the area with nasty greasy smell, such a shame, view was nice of the sea

Very very clean with a great location

Check-in so clear and easy, apartment was exactly as described, so clean and had everything we needed. Location was right on the strip yet we heard no noise at night. The pool area was never busy, my only complaint would be that the sun loungers are very uncomfortable, extremely narrow so difficult to read a book as no where to rest your arms, we used the lounger cushions from the apartment which made the hardness a little more bareable but as sunbathing is a big part of our holiday this was a disappointment. This was our only problem everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay, thank you

Highly recommend - fantastic week's holiday

Brilliant location with beach, cove, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants so close. Really well equipped apartment with a super sized balcony. Great to have use of a pool. Didn't bother us but if children were younger it could have been tricky with no shallow areas in main pool. Highly recommend and would happily return! Any questions asked both fully and quickly. Thank you!

This apartment is a lovely modern apartment, with all modern gadgets, air con is only provided in lounge with fans for the bedroom which was my only niggle as during the high season you would struggle ( double bed not to my comfort which can’t be helped but found very hard) also strong smell of cooking on balcony from around 10am .

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung! Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar Strandtücher sind da. Tolle Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand, alles direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.
