Splendida Villa Margarita. Posizione eccellente a Puerto Del Carmen con vista sul mare

Villa Margarita è una bellissima e lussuosa villa recentemente ristrutturata secondo uno standard eccezionale. La villa si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla di Puerto Del Carmen, ma si trova a soli 10-15 minuti a piedi da spiagge, negozi, bar e ristoranti. La villa è anche a soli 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto o un taxi di € 20.

Piano terra

Cucina

Una cucina moderna generosamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, bollitore, tostapane, forno e piano cottura elettrico.

Stanza utile

Un ampio ripostiglio con nuova lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Un sacco di spazio di archiviazione è disponibile nel ripostiglio.

Sala da pranzo

L'ampia sala da pranzo è arredata con mobili nuovi e può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Vi è inoltre ampio spazio per accomodare un seggiolone, se necessario (di cui un nuovo seggiolone viene fornito gratuitamente su richiesta).

Salone

L'ampia e ben illuminata area lounge beneficia di un nuovo divano a 6 posti, di nuovi tavoli da caffè / occasionali, di una nuova TV LCD da 50 ", di un nuovo satellite box (con tutti i canali inglesi e irlandesi, compresi tutti i film Sky, tutti Sky Sports, tutti BT Sport , Setanta Sport e Premier Sport e At The Races), nuovo lettore DVD Blue-Ray con una vasta gamma di film disponibili e un sistema CD hi-fi.

Bagno al piano terra

Il bagno al piano terra è composto da un WC, lavandino e doccia.

Piano superiore

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size molto confortevole, un ampio spazio guardaroba con un sacco di appendiabiti, asciugacapelli e specchio. La camera da letto principale beneficia dell'accesso diretto a una splendida terrazza superiore che offre splendide viste sul mare. Una nuova cassaforte è fornita nella camera da letto.

Seconda camera da letto

La seconda camera ha un letto king-size molto comodo, un ampio spazio guardaroba con un sacco di appendiabiti, asciugacapelli e specchio. C'è anche spazio per un lettino da viaggio (di cui un lettino nuovo di zecca è fornito gratuitamente su richiesta). La seconda camera da letto beneficia anche dell'accesso diretto alla splendida terrazza superiore e offre splendide viste sul mare. Una nuova cassaforte è fornita nella camera da letto.

Terza camera da letto

La terza camera offre 2 letti singoli nuovi e confortevoli, ideali per i bambini, con una generosa quantità di spazio guardaroba con un sacco di appendiabiti.

Bagno al piano superiore

Un nuovo, moderno bagno completamente attrezzato con wc, vasca, doccia, lavandino, specchio e presa di corrente, con un sacco di spazio per gli articoli da toeletta.

Wi-Fi

Il Wi-Fi è fornito gratuitamente ed è potenziato per essere accessibile da tutte le aree della villa, comprese le aree esterne.

Aria condizionata

Sono disponibili gratuitamente due potenti unità di climatizzazione a parete, che offrono raffreddamento per il salone al piano inferiore, le zone pranzo e le camere da letto.

La piscina e l'area prendisole beneficiano di un'erba sintetica di nuova installazione, confortevole e molto alta che riduce il rischio di scivolare ed è molto sicura per i bambini.

La zona pranzo esterna beneficia di un nuovo grande tavolo da pranzo nel patio con 6 nuove sedie disponibili, insieme a un nuovo bricchetto di barbecue e strumenti.

Gli asciugamani per la piscina sono forniti per uso esterno.
Ogni camera ha 2 nuovi set di asciugamani, teli da bagno e teli da bagno.
Ogni bagno è fornito di asciugamani.


Parcheggio

La Villa si trova in una strada privata a senso unico ben illuminata con livelli di traffico molto bassi. Il parcheggio è disponibile direttamente fuori dalla villa sulla strada.

Rifiuto e riciclaggio

Le strutture per il riciclaggio sono disponibili a soli 50 metri dalla villa e i rifiuti non riciclabili si trovano a 20 metri di distanza e vengono raccolti ogni giorno.

L'acqua è riscaldata dal sole con un serbatoio da 200 litri, che consente a 6 persone di godersi docce calde ad alta pressione in un arco di tempo molto breve. Una pompa dell'acqua di riserva e un serbatoio sono montati in caso di interruzione dell'alimentazione di rete.

Great communication with the owners, the villa looks exactly as it does in the pictures! Super close to Lidls so getting bits in is extremely easy! It’s truly a home away from home. We will be looking to come back again.

A lovely holiday in Lanzarote

The Villa was all we were hoping for. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The seafront, Old Harbour area and lots of bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. The hosts, Steve and Mags, were very communicative. I would highly recommend this Villa for a holiday.

Another fantastic stay

We were so happy to return to this lovely villa. The bubbly to celebrate dad’s 80th was appreciated. The villa ticks all our boxes for a perfect stay. Comfortable & quiet but all the resort amenities very accessible. It was great to use the heated pool in late November. A really lovely holiday.

Amazing place

This villa was absolutely amazing couldnt fault anything with it everything u need wen u come here beds were so comfortable swimming pool and pool area was brilliant as well loved the fact there was a balcony outside our room great veiw washing machine and dish washer as well would highly recommed this place 10 out of 10 would definitely be back

Beautiful villa 5 min walk to Old Town, immaculate inside and out, private pool warm and patio area excellent! Villa well equipped and very clean well maintained. Lovely welcome pack which was a nice surprise, great communication and easy self check in. Thank you we will definitely stay again!

Nice holiday house

We had a great time staying at Steve and Mags holiday house in Puerto del Carmen. The kids enjoyed the pool in february. Everything we needed was at the house, we slept well. There are also good restaurants and supermarkets near the house. We hope to have a chance to come back.

Home from home

This is a very spacious and well appointed villa. There is a nice outside area with a heated pool, BBQ and eating area, and we loved the upstairs balcony off two of the bedrooms - a lovely spot to hide away and read a book or for drinks and nibbles. It is an easy walk to the harbour and old town and just across the road from a well stocked Lidl. The owners were great with communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a lovely time here and thoroughly recommend!

We just returned from our second stay at Villa Margarita in PDC. It was as good this time around as the last. Having everything you will need within a stones throw and the convenience of Lidl across the street we wanted for nothing. We would highly recommend booking your stay at Villa Margarita. Fabulous villa

We have just returned from our stay. Sadly only one week. We were 4 adults and 2 children (1 being an infant). We all agreed this was an amazing villa, we have all stayed in a quite a few over the years but this villa was faultless. Honestly the pictures do not do this villa justice. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with everything you would need. The pool was fabulous and very much enjoyed by all. Communication with the hosts was very good . We would highly recommend and will without a doubt book again!

Home from home

OMG what an absolute little gem. So much to say i dont know where to start. When bookin the holiday the hosts Steve &Mags were fantastic at responding to every query. On arrival at the villa, (10 mins from airport by taxi) it was superb. Immaculate and homely. The sense of homeliness iv never witnessed in any other villa. As the week went on, it was the villa that just kept giving. The beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on feathers....best sleep every nite. Even tje sunbeds were so comfortable. Its so central, grocery shops very close by and a short stroll from the old town....this has been such a wonderful experience we have already booked to return next year again please God!! Highly highly recommend this villa.

Amazing in every way

We stayed in Villa Margarita for 10 nights (15-25 October 2023). It is definitely the best we have stayed in and we book one every year. From the comfortable roomy living area to the fabulous pool and BBQ area and the convenience of having Lidl literally 2 minutes walk away we enjoyed every minute. The hosts Mags & Steve were very responsive to any query we had. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone. Lovely quiet residential area and less than €5 in taxi to the strip if you don’t feel like walking. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and instruction manual for every appliance was a wonderful help. An amazing place to stay.

It was our first time booking a villa and to be honest I was a little apprehensive about it beforehand but then we turned the key.First thing we noticed was how clean, big and beautiful the villa is. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We absolutely loved our time there, Steve and Mags leave no stone unturned to make the villa feel like a home away from home. From the library of books to the tv/music set up and also all of the cleaning supplies and kitchen condiments and the very generous welcome pack, it was very much appreciated. The villa is very spacious with 3 large double bedrooms, all air conditioned. A very nice tv area (also air conditioned) with a separate dining area. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with a large fridge freezer, air fryer and Nespresso machine (coffee pods included). The outside space where we spent most of our time has plenty of seating and sun loungers and the pool was fantastic to cool off in. Location wise, it’s no more than 5 minutes walk to a Lidl and several other supermarkets are also close by. Restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk downhill to either the strip or the old town harbour area. I’ll finish up by saying my only regret was not staying longer, I can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I next visit Puerto Del Carmen. Just returned from 10 days @ Villa Margarita and we had a wonderful time. The pictures don't do the villa justice. Very spacious. There is a lovely outside eating area which is shaded a lot of the day if you want to get out of the sun and Longers beside the pool which get sun most of the day. Bedrooms are a good side with plenty of storage and loads of hangers which is unusual. There is also a lovely balcony off the 2 double bedrooms which a lovely view of the sea. Good size bathroom with a powerful shower. There is a Lidl Just a 2 min walk from the villa which has everything you would need and its about 10 min walk to all the main bars and restaurants. the only small negative was the air con. It did get hot in the bedrooms as there is only one air con unit upstairs and it struggled to keep all 3 bedrooms cool. ( We did have temps of 38 though for a few days so that didn't help ). We would defiantly return to Villa Margarita in the future. We have even tried to book for next year and it already fully booked which we are not surprised about

Been to Lanzarote many times and stayed in Villas, Apartments and Hotels. Villa Margarita is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Villa just as described if not better. Everything so easy to use down to the great instructions left for the TV, cooker etc. location fantastic and just across the road from Lidl supermarket, however with the welcome pack we only needed to go once to top up on water. Beds very comfy and lots of wardrobe space. Just loved it all. Thank you very letting us stay in your lovely home and we’ll be checking for free dates to come back as soon as we can. Jill

Outstanding!

This was my third visit to Puerto del Carmen after two previous visits in Dec 2018 and Jan 2020 (just me and the wife in a small apartment). This time we required something a little larger as we were travelling with four other adults and a two year old child. Prior to booking we had considered several villas, but Villa Margarita ticked all the boxes. Before our arrival on 16th Nov 2021, Steve and Mags sent us all the information required to find and access the villa without any fuss. We were immediately impressed with the layout and size of the villa. Steve and Mags have done an excellent job of making you feel right at home, and we had everything we could have needed and much more. We particularly liked that even the little things had been taken care of such as sewing kit (this was needed when my wife broke the zip on her bag), first aid kit (this was needed when my daughter fell off a scooter), bread, milk, cheese, ham, the list goes on and on. Steve and Mags had even left a birthday card and bottle of Cava for my wife as we had previously mentioned this holiday was for her 50th. The three bedrooms are a good size and the beds incredibly comfortable. There are two bathrooms, a larger one upstairs with a bath/shower and a smaller one downstairs with a shower. We never had an issue with the hot water running out (as we have in the past) I would assume because of the huge water heater on the roof. The kitchen has all the facilities you need including cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Then there's the heated swimming pool which gave us all hours of fun. The pool was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay by Martin, and the bed linen and towels were replaced by Julie once during our stay, so I would like to extend a big thank you to Martin and Julie for that. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about our stay at Villa Margarita (and I'm a very hard person to please). There's a Lidl just over the road, Biosfera shopping centre just a short walk down the road, and it ain't a million miles away from the main strip/beach, probably equaly as close to the old town and Playa Chica. Would we stay at Villa Margarita again? 110% YES! Our next visit to PDC is likely to be just me and the wife again, but if we do plan another family holiday, Villa Margarita will be top of the list! A fantastic villa, perfect in every way

We all made use of the lovely heated pool every day, which has sun all day long. The villa was so comfortable and kitted out with every home comfort you could wish for. We enjoyed lounging on the upper terrace in the evening. Lidl was so convenient for fresh pastries on the patio every day. Then 10 minutes walk into Old Town. We are like kings all week by following many of the owners recommendations. Lunch in Cafe Ola overlooking the sea, pizza was lovely. Dinner in Sebastyans - best steak of the holiday and amazing view we felt like movie stars! The friendliest service & fantastic food from My Kitchen by Julius in Old Town, Burger with a wow factor in Good Old Days (and more stunning views). Best classy Italian at Casa Del Parmigiana. We are already planning our return and can’t praise it enough.

Our first time staying in a Villa

We had never stayed in a villa before, always booked hotel but with covid and having a 17month old along with a 9 year old we thought it would be best to book a villa to give us more space. We had never booked one before and didn't know what to expect. Our transfer from the airport knew exactly where the villa was and even showed us where to get the key! The villa is right across the road from Lidl and only a walk into the old town and a further walk into new town. We walked in and out every day. No need for a car or a taxi! We couldn't fault the villa at all. The pool got cleaned every few days, lady called to change bedding but our little one was asleep so at our request she left the bedding and we changed it ourselves and she returned to collect the used bedding the following day. There's any amount of towels, pool toys, cutlery, mugs, classes and a washing machine. We really couldn't fault this place at all, Steve and Mags were very good at answering any questions we had before we left and when we arrived. We even met their neighbours across the road. It's a lovely quite location. We had a lovely time and will find it hard next year to try and find a villa in another country up to the same standard. I cannot believe our stay is over already. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the late checkout.

Amazing villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Margarita. Steve & Mags have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. We had planned our holiday for my husband’s 60th birthday and on arrival as well as a selection of ‘essentials’ - tea, coffee, eggs, milk we found a card and bottle of wine for the birthday boy’ which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool area is amazing and heated which was handy in February! The villa is far enough away from the centre to avoid lots of noisy nightlife but not too far to walk either into the old town or along the main beach road where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Steve and Mags answered any questions we had almost immediately and the check in instructions and directions were extremely clear. There are clear instructions for all appliances and recommendations for days out, restaurants etc which we found really helpful. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough for either couples or families and we will certainly be looking to stay again on our next visit to Lanzarote. Julie & Ian
