“Staff clean room great location ”

“Check-in was easy, staff friendly & helpful. The room - kitchen, bed, bathroom - was very good. Cleaning could be better ( shower glass, carpet edges & side of couch). Biggest issue was the freeway noise. Even with the exhaust fan on high, sound machine & noise cancelling ear buds, engine braking & other truck noise was heard throughout the night. Some sound proofing on the windows would be beneficial.”

“Staff was welcoming. Helped me find a restaurant. Location is convenient near highway, shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and relaxing. ”

“The hotel started off fine until the middle of the night people were yelling and running up and down the hallway. We went into the hallway to go outside and you could smell weed all in the hall and in the elevator. When its a no smoking hotel. In the morning there was no breakfast included, which is advertised. The hot tub and pool were nowhere to be found. So if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay I don't recommend this hotel.”

“Pool was good. Temperature control was great. Room sizes were good. Staff support was excellent. Breakfast was the best part. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Ashley was absolutely amazing!! We had a few minor hiccups and she handled with sincere care, making sure we got exactly what we needed. She was extremely professional and has a great people person personality. She went above and beyond which is a very rare thing nowadays. The remodel on floor 1 is beautiful huge rooms, comfy beds and very very clean! Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again. ”

“This was my first experience with a "virtual staff" check-in. The hotel was perfectly located for my needs tied to Ft. Campbell and they offered the best rate. I was very disappointed with the "free breakfast" advertised. In my experience, that usually includes eggs, bagels, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, etc. None of this was offered. ”
