“I have never felt the need to leave a bag review, until now. The staff was terrible, the room was not clean, and there were no locks on the outside doors to the hotel. We stayed in an extended stay with kitchen, but there was nothing we could use to cook or eat with. I will not be using any La Quinta in the future.”

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently when visiting family stationed at Fort Campbell. It was extremely close to the base (a 7 minute drive) so it was super convenient! There were a few gas stations and fast food places nearby, including one gas station and a McDonald’s within walking distance. “I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. “So the room I had was very clean, and spacious, but there is no microwaves in any of the rooms, so you have to go all the way back downstairs by the check-in desk to heat your food up and then go back upstairs. The hotel is entirely too cold on the inside, so even though it's summer, you have to bring a jacket inside there.”
