“Please don't book this hotel ! It says it is 4 star but it's not . Super old and moldy . Showers are moldy and seems like not cleaned with right products . They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor. They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said...

“We stayed two weeks in the Ania beach side hotel. The room was clean, private, quiet and we had ocean view. Air conditioning came very handy and a floor standing fan. Staff were amazing, attentive and communicative. Room had fridge, electric kettle, microwave and some dishes and utensils. There is also shared kitchen on the main floor in case you need extra pieces of dishes. Location was great. Two blocks from the beach and also tons of restaurants and convenience stores were in the vicinity....

The New Orient was great, location was central with many places to eat and shop, all in walking distance if you can handle the heat. the hotel bus was excellent and was available for all of our touring. The staff was excellent, I mean we can not say enough about the staff and all the help they gave us, I would recommend this hotel on the great staff alone! “The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?”
