“This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. “Very cute and comfortable house, in a very quiet, rural area, about 20-25 minutes from the Rio Celeste Waterfall Park entrance. Carol was absolutely amazing with communication, was very responsive and gave great restaurants and attractions suggestions. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“The property is beautifully situated, comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay. The owners live on site and are very attentive and kind but not intrusive. It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive.”

“This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. This would be a very fun place for a group of friends as there was a big field to play in, tons of beds, and a big covered communal area to play games. “This is a truly a magical place. It is close enough to the Arenal touristy area but private and tucked away in nature. You will not only be in clouds but also above the clouds sometimes and hear the rain below!The one thing people might note is that the road to this place is not fully paved. “We were looking for a place that felt more "local Costa Rican" and this was perfect. Ericka was our host and was SO knowledgeable and helpful! Wwe didnt end up doing any excurions, but she was able and ready to help us with booking if we desired as well. She did help us connect with Lilander Horseback tour right up the road, which was absolutely wonderful as well. Loved the views, and the town!”

“Beautiful home and property. We were cared for very well by Rod and Tanya. I’ve been to Costa Rica several times and I have never seen so many Toucans! The only drawback was the last couple miles of road leading to the property was pretty rough. Thanks for everything!”
