This well appointed, 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, open floor plan condominium is located in the exclusive guard-gated community of Club Marena. The convenient private garage makes it easy to store your surfboards and hang your wetsuits. The condo is an end unit, so it feels especially private, with no passing foot traffic. There is an extra twin bed in the flex space, in addition to the queen beds in both bedrooms.

Enjoy magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the large, furnished, south-facing balcony, overlooking Descanso Bay. As a guest, you will have full access to the semi-private surf break on the point at k38.5. Soak up the sun by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or just stay in and enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the master retreat.

Smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom are ready for you to log in with your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other accounts. There is a collection of games and interesting books to keep you entertained as well. Both the living room and master bedroom have a fireplace to keep you cozy. Tennis courts and pickle ball are on the grounds, if you are feeling competitive.

The spectacular Valle de Guadalupe wine region, a short 45 minutes away, makes for an ideal day trip excursion. Whether feasting on lobster dinner in Puerto Nuevo, shopping for local crafts or horseback riding on the beach in Rosarito, hiking the nearby peak of Cerro Coronel, or seeking out the numerous options for local craft beer and tacos… there is no shortage of interesting diversions to keep you occupied.

awesome weekend

We have stayed at @ 5-6 places nearby and my wife said this was her favorite. The happier my wife is the more I get to visit this incredible spot. Love how this end unit faces the surf. Also the private garage is a perk compared to other units since the complex doesn't like wet wetsuits in the elevator.

Amazing views and perfect location

Exactly as advertised. This unit located at K38 is well stocked, nicely decorated and has amazing views. We specifically love this location for the surfing but we also love the safety and comfort of staying at club Marena. The owner has added little touches like a pair of binoculars, yoga mats and an awesome surf changing area in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked, couches were comfy and they had nice patio furniture for the deck overlooking the ocean.

Breathtaking views, great surf, beautiful property

We have been visiting Club Marena for years, and this property is far and away the best of many different great places we stayed. The view from the master bedroom is unbelievable. Property is super clean, layout is perfect and the entire property is better than the photos. No complaints. Even water pressure (which has been an issue in other units) was great. Do yourself a favor and book now.

Awesome Spot

Had a great stay at Club Marena. Enjoyed a surf trip with friends, great view of surf break and easy access to water. Garage parking and storage made for easy entry & exit and nice place to store surfboards. Very spacious and clean. Love the windows and views. Comfortable beds and nice bright condo. Only issue was the Internet was spotty, could be an issue if needing to work. Overall great stay.

Beautiful and Clean

The place is beautiful and just as described. Just as a heads-up: the garage (where you are required to park) has a narrow entry that is approached from a slight angle. It can be difficult to negotiate if your vehicle has a long wheelbase (like our minivan). On my first entry I was excited to check in and surf, and wasn't careful enough and got snagged by a cut branch of the bushes on the right, scratching the van's side. I used more care after that and it was not bad at all. :)

Incredibly easy check in, and practically built for surfers. View of the point, garage to store boards/wetsuits/etc., and easy access to post-surf hot tub (with view of the waves). Inside was perfect...cozy, clean, and spacious. Thanks, Todd!

Return to Northern Baja in style

97 was my last trip. A lot has changed but not the Baja vibe. My son felt it immediately, peaceful and relaxed. I highly recommend this trip. The resort and condo are amazing with beautiful views, impeccable landscape and other amenities I could have never imagined when camping on the K38 bluff in the 70's-80's. The surf is still good with plenty of waves and nice people. Best of all, got my stoke back.

The place was wonderful. Both spacious and cozy. calm and quiet. It oversees K38 beach break. It's the ideal spot to stay at whether you surf or not.

One of the best places you could stay

Todd’s place is unreal. I’ve stayed at club marena 3 times in three different properties and Todd’s was easily my favorite. It’s much bigger than you’d expect, has incredible views, and was all around just an awesome time. Highly recommended.
