I always stay here when visiting the area. However, it appears the hotel has new staff and the service is not the same anymore. The room was dirty, remote for TV missing and loud conversations at 4:00am outside the elevator area. I was also not allowed to leave the premises, as I lost my parking pass and was asked to pay $13US or head back to the lobby and request a copy in order to leave. I would have requested the copy of the parking stub as requested but there was only one person working the front desk and over 15 people waiting to be check in and/or out. I tried addressing my concerns before I left but the staff did not have time to address my concerns and was handed a tablet in order to leave my feedback. I usually do not leave reviews but this time, I felt it i needed to leave/share feedback.
