“Pride of ownership was apparent at this small business. Everything was comfortable and well kept. So much better than those cookie cutter square box motels at the off-ramps of the interstate. Overall a groovy choice in a groovy town.”

“Clean, safe, comfortable, and quiet stay with breakfast included. I have stayed here with family in the past and will stay here again. Staff was friendly. Please note that now, if one would like to have a coffee maker in the room, it has to be requested. Parking is good, unless your parking a truck with a trailer, then it might be difficult if the parking lot is mostly full.”

“Best hotel in the white mountains! You can feel the personal touches that went into planning this place. The gym is perfect, they even have the music volume on the wall. Ice machines on every floor, very well thought out rooms, and the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The tiny chocolate milk cartons really took me back to childhood. Staff was super nice. Hot tub and pool area was great. The restaurant has amazing pizza. I really hope this hotel keeps doing exactly what they’re doing...

“The bed was fairly comfortable. However, the bathroom sink was so badly backed up that it would take about 20 minutes to drain even when the sink was half full. We mentioned this to the front desk. She said they would try to get someone out to fix it but, on a weekend, she thought she might have to relocate us to another room which would mean packing everything up and moving to another room. Fortunately, she did get someone to fix it that day and by the late afternoon or so it was fixed and...

“Room was clean, had a coffee pot, microwave, and frig. Plus a nice closet with iron & board place to set luggage. Pretty standard room. Small bathroom but again your standard room. The water in the lobby was pretty gross looking, and did not appear to be cleaned and refreshed daily. That made me not want to try the breakfast. Did not even go look the two mornings I was there. Did not have much interaction with the staff just checking in and she was friendly. So over all the stay was ok. We...

“The only thing missed was the swimmig pool. Always a nice refreshing part of the trip. Otherwise, we love the PVC Roundhouse. We have been going for many years to stary at you facility. Staff great, very clean cabins and spacious. Love the Kitchen (always bring food to cook breakfast, etc.). Really nice to have a place to washs clothes, if necessary. All around fantastic facility to stay at year after year! We go for wonderful walks and enjoy a round or two of golf at the Pinetop Lakes...

“We did not realize that there is no staff on the premises. Could not open windows to have fresh air in the room and air conditioner is 3 feet from the bed and made a rattle noise which made it difficult to sleep.”
