“My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. “Very spacious (huge!) and modern cabin! New everything! Loved having a washer and dryer in the cabin but water level allowed in washer was pathetically low. The resort area is very quiet and well-maintained. I would definitely return.”

“Room was small. Ancillary service for the room was provided every three days. Carpet in the common area needs to be replaced. Bathroom was remodeled and bed was clean.”

“The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast room was great!! So many options and clean. The room was ok for our two day stay however, it needed to be deep cleaned. There was dust noticeable on headboard, dirty floor boards. There were ants in the bathroom shower and a spider on the wall. Pest control is needed. Great location for visiting the Taylor area. The motel is next to a main Hwy so you could hear loud vehicles quite late into the night. Guests were loud out in the part lot late...

“Mattress was very firm. Bathroom tile was a little sketchy but overall this is a nice place. The breakfast was good but they were out of hot food item and VERY slow to replenish them.”

“We thought the room would be more updated. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable and very old. Staff was great. Place was clean. Not the best maintained.”

“Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”
