“The staff was polite and helpful, but not overly friendly. The property shows definite signs of wear and tear. There was trash on the floor in the breakfast area when we checked in - likely guests just not making sure their trash went in the trash can. We were there with family and they used the statement it was an ok hotel.”

“The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family.”

“Rooms were poorly maintained. Sheets and towels may have been clean, but were stained. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Staff was friendly, but hard to communicate with.”

“The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. Everything was quiet, well kept, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Mount Pleasant.”
