“Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. “Room was a good size but was incredibly dirty, bedsheets were stained and there was piles of dust around the bedside table and on the tv remote/ AC remote. There was dirt and grime/ mould around the window and in the bathroom. Very noisy as well”

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling”

“Beautiful setting, and very helpful staff. Food is passable; don’t expect much in that regard. If you book a trek, be clear about what you want out of the experience. We wanted to see the bamboo forest and waterfalls but ended up spending the day wandering through “authentic” villages. ”

“Room is clean. I arrived at 0700 and they gave me the room already. I like the flooring, not sure if it is real wood or synthetic but it is very clean. Wifi is strong and fast. The only setback is the water gets easily cold. But overall, I will recommend.”

“Value hotel. Room was Ok and bed comfortable enough, but it seemed a bit grubby - area behind bedside table (moved to plug in phone charger) hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was not available - despite what the description said. Lots of road noise (horns etc) throughout night. It’s quite a hike up the hill from the town. Great price, but you get what you pay for. ”
