Il nostro contemporaneo ha molte finestre con ampie vedute del lago. La planimetria e i soffitti della cattedrale conferiscono a questa casa una sensazione ariosa e piena di spazio per alzare i piedi.  C'è legna da ardere per notti accoglienti accanto al fuoco.  Abbiamo una TV 3D HD da 55 pollici con internet e Netflix. O puoi guardare un DVD dalla nostra collezione. Forniamo anche 8 set di occhiali 3D!  La camera da letto al piano inferiore è perfetta per i bambini per giocare a Xbox, guardare la TV o giocare a giochi da tavolo.  Il piano interrato ha un tavolo da ping pong e un tavolo da air hockey.

Guarda i tramonti spettacolari dalla panca rocker sul nostro molo privato, o gustare un bicchiere di vino sul ponte posteriore.  C'è una griglia Weber e un pozzo del fuoco con griglia superiore per tutte le vostre esigenze di grigliate. Leggi un libro mentre sei seduto sulla nostra altalena all'aperto o fai un pisolino sull'amaca.  Il vostro soggiorno comprende anche 3 kayak, una barca a pedali, una barca a remi con remi e un motore per la pesca a traina.  Ci sono anche tubi per pneumatici che galleggiano sul nostro lago balneabile.

Forniamo 5 badge gratuiti per la spiaggia della comunità, piscina e parco giochi che sono meno di 5 minuti a piedi lungo la strada.

Siamo a 10 minuti di macchina da Shop Rite, WalMart, ristoranti, golf e altro. E 20 minuti (o meno) a Camelback (sci / parco acquatico), parchi acquatici Kalahari, The Crossing outlet mall e altri preferiti Pocono.

I like everything about this lake house. It's beautiful and cozy. It provided us everything we needed. Even though we couldn't kayaking as much bc of the rain, we had fun playing ping pong, shuffleboard…The best part was relaxing and gathering together around the fireplace. Nick and Jill were very responsive to all requests. Thank you for the beautiful vacation

This property was great for family with young children and a dog. Just found the community a little sketchy. Alot of abandon properties, and other properties that were not well cared for. Amenities were somewhat outdated and showed wear. Never found all the parts for fish finder. But we had fun and and relaxed

Great place to stay. Everything as described. Our grandchildren loved the watercraft and water toys. When our friends came up we caught lots of fish. Kitchen counters could use an upgrade.

It was perfect for our group. We travelled with two kids (8 & 12) and their grandmother. The lake was very accessible, the 12 year old loved the boats, and the owners were responsive.

This lake house was hands down THE best property I've ever vacationed at in the Poconos. I've been renting homes in the Poconos for the past 20 years and have never stayed in the same one twice; however, this will be the first home we will be returing to again. Nick and Jill were amazing hosts, VERY attentive, thoughtful, and accomodating. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with anything we needed. The basement has lots of fun things to do-the kids loved it. My teenage daughters spent lots of time sitting on the dock, fishing, and chilling in the hammock. Fishing was hit or miss, but that's why they call it fishing, not catching. The floating dock was great to fish from and the beach access was perfect for the kayaks. Speaking of water vessels, the rowboat with the motor (we didn't use, but loved having the option), the multiple kayaks available (we brough our own), and the peddle boat were all fantastic amenities of the house. Most appreciated were the pet accomodations: the deck on the back of the house had a sliding gate that safely contained our 2-1/2 year old Great Dane puppy who would sit on the deck for hours watching the many deer that visited the property. We will certainly be back again next year, if not sooner!!

This was such a relaxing weekend away from the city…it rained the whole weekend but we still enjoyed every minute of it together in this house there was games, movies & the fireplace was a plus, the coziness of it was everything my daughter wanted for her birthday. My kids are already asking to go back for the summer. Thank you Nick and Jill

The view of the lake is beautiful, the house is cute and has everything you need. The game room downstairs is a blast. Beds are very firm and not comfortable.

We had a great week at this lake house! Nick and Jill were so accommodating. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 with tons of space to relax. We loved the kayaking and paddle boating. We saw tons of wildlife including 3 fawns that walked through the yard. There is a large pool a 5 minute walk away which is great for kids. We spent every evening sitting down on the dock and enjoying the sunsets. A great place for a summer getaway!

When we first walked in, we felt the home feel. Very cozy!! The house was very clean and well stocked. Having 2 teens with us, there was penty for them to do. They took the kayaks out and explored the pond. My son actually got me in a kayak for the first time!!! Ping pong and shuffleboard tournaments happened regularly. We took our golden and shepherd. The golden spent time chase sticks into the lake and swimming while our shepherd only went in up to her feel...she is a diva lol After their romps in the water, they lounged on the deck to dry off whilexi read!! Overall a very relaxing mini vacay!! Would highly recommend Nick and Jill's lakehouse!

My brother and I stayed at the house for a couple of nights to celebrate my brother’s birthday and to do some fishing. The stay was great- we had beautiful weather and even caught some nice sized fish. The house was very clean and well stocked, and perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the trolling motor and battery! We only had a couple of questions for Nick and Jill, but they got back to us very quickly with their responses. And the views of the lake were beautiful from the deck. Thanks. Steve

Great place to get away with family. The cherry on top was the boats (including the motor-powered quick addon propeller) and easy access to the dock and lake. Great view of the sunset from the private dock. Excellent communication from the owner. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed for just under a week. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It turned out to be too cold for some of the activities we had hoped to do, such as kayaking, but we thoroughly enjoyed a fairly lazy week relaxing in a beautiful location. There was one minor issue with a coffee maker, but we contacted the owners, more just to let them know that anything, and they had a replacement coffeemaker delivered to the house the next day.
