“We stayed at this property in May 2026. While the staff were extremely kind and helpful, the air conditioner in our room was not working and they refused to change our room since they were all booked and declined a refund/compensation too. When you pay £137 a night the least you expect is for the air conditioner to work especially when it’s been a hot day and you’re on the top floor of the hotel. Pretty poor for a ‘Marriott’ hotel. Avoid at all costs.”

“Great experience. The building is quaint, cozy, with a unique design and interior decoration. Beautiful dining area and bar. The room (ground floor), was spacious and with a lovely art deco interior. Very nice shower with good water pressure, nice choice of shower gels and other amenities. The plumbing in the toilet was a bit iffy, but nothing too serious. Very comfortable bed, with soft pillows (this is my preference so I was happy with it). “Siamo stati solo una notte in questo hotel, abbastanza comodo per il centro. Lo staff gentile e accudente, la camera un po’ piccola ed il bagno minuscolo. Ho dovuto spostare un comodino perché mi era caduto un orecchino e ho trovato molta polvere. Il posteggio è comodo, costo 15 sterline al giorno”
