“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. “Property is centrally located, walking distance to many places and attractions. Room was clean, staff was friendly, price was reasonable. ”

“Everything was good. Missed an oven and everything costed. We drove 16 hours over night and couldn't check in around 11 unless we paid. Couldn't get new stuff like towels or sheets unless we paid. The area didn't seam like a good area once there compared to looking on the map. ”

“Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving,...
