“Very disappointing experience.
At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door.
To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible!
My biggest question — why wasn’t...

I had a great sausage and egg biscuit. This place is also one of the few hotels that have flavored creamer. That's a big deal to me since I'm not a true coffee drinker. “What “stood” out once I checked in and went to the room. The smell in the room was horrible once I went inside. It smelled like “smelly, stinky” feet, but my husband said the smell was more of “poop” in his opinion. I went back to the front desk to notify them, because there was no way I could stay and sleep in a room with that type of smell. She addressed my concerns, apologized and switched me to a different room. Then the front desk lady, Kim called the room to check if everything was fine...
