Relax and unwind in this eco and off-grid oasis where the sound of waves crashing on the shore will drift you off to sleep. Located right on Playa Punta Lobos, home to the legendary boutique Hotel San Cristobal just a short walk down the beach to the south and The El Faro Beach Club and Spa, a 10 minute walk up the beach to the north.

The Space
Orignally built by a Hollywood expat 25 years ago, the recently renovated Casa Punta Lobos sleeps 8. The main house is 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath main house. The main house has 3,000 SQ. ft. of interior space and a 800 sq. ft. covered patio with breathtaking Punta Lobos views. The additional private casita has one king bed, a small kitchen, and walk in bathroom. Two large French doors offer the best view of Punta Lobos. The entire property is comfortably situated on an acre of private beachfront, Casa Punta Lobos is located only a 6 minute (3.6km) drive south of shops, restaurants and cobblestone streets of Todos Santos.

Do you love to entertain?
The star of the show is the expansive great room with its high ceilings, wall to wall windows viewing the point, and the original hand laid mosaic floors. Connected to the great room is a fully equipped kitchen with an island and indoor dining for 8. Large double doors open to the covered outdoor dining area that seats up to 14, allowing you to curate a magical Baja dining experience. The master suite is located upstairs and has a luxurious king bed with 360 degree views where you can watch sun set over the pacific ocean to the west and watch the moon rise over the mountains to the east. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own master suite private balcony. The master bathroom's oversized double vanity and walk in shower has artfully placed windows that will have you feeling like you're bathing in the sun with nature. The ground level guest suite has a plush King bed that can be split into 2 XL Twins if needed. The guest suite also has a private full bath with a walk in shower with window views of the Pacific. The oversized double doors off the guest suite will lead you to romantic outdoor seating area that feels tucked away and fully emersed in the garden. In addition, there are 2 XL twins in the great room that can double as daybeds or extra sleeping areas for more guests/children. The great room also has a half bath.

Guest access
There are two other casitas on the property that have not been renovated yet.
With that said, we will only be renting the main house for the moment. You can enjoy the entire property, but won't have access the other casitas until they are completed. Thanks!

Other things to note
This is a truly classic Baja property that is eco-friendly. We have a state of the art solar system, but solar still has it's limits. Please turn off lights and power when not in use. The water is brought in from mountain wells, and there is a safe drinking water (Reverse Osmosis Filtered). The plumbing is all septic and recapture to the gardens. Please use power and water respectfully.

The Property and Surroundings
The property is located right on the much sought after Punta Lobos Beach. Feel free to have a bonfire or fish fry with all of your friends and family. You can purchase fresh fish from any of the local fisherman that operate right out of the south end of Punta Lobos Beach. There will be firewood waiting for you on the property. Please enjoy the bonfire responsibly.

Kids
We have been taking our kids to the property since they were newborns. We are happy to host you and your family. With that said, if you don't describe yourself as the adventurous & self-sufficient type, you may want to consider an all inclusive hotel with staff that can handle more specific requests for American comforts.

Since you are right on the beach, please expect to see people running, fishing, playing on the beach. While our property is completely private, the beaches in Mexico are protected and open to the public for the first 20 meters. And due to the unique closeness, you may even meet a curious traveler asking if we are open for lunch. There is one security camera on the property, it has a view of the driveway and parking area.
