“The hostel is in a very good position. In 10-15 minutes you can walk to every Shinjuku station [Sanchome, Higashi, JR]. Hanazono Shrine [shinto temple], Golden Gai and Kabukicho are at one step. The staff is just great, super polite and super available to help. They speak english properly, so there is no difficulty in communicating. The room guarantees for privacy, bunk beds [no capsule] with curtains [I was in a dorm]. Air conditioning worked perfectly, very important when you have 37° and in...

“L'attigua caffetteria è bella, adatta a socializzare, molto europea però. La struttura non è nuovissima ed i servizi limitati. Tutto è considerato extra a pagamento (asciugamani, spazzolino..) e le camere sono molto minimal”

“Bed is literally plywood with a comforter over it, the bunks are also very small so if you’re over 5’11 you will probably hit your head in the night a couple times. Rooms are clean but there were a lot of large stains on the dividing curtains. It says no smoking but there were old men smoking in the hallways constantly so the whole place smelled like cigarettes. WiFi works, the staff are nice, and the location is good for getting around.”

“The location is great! You have 5 metro lines right outside the hostel and the neighborhood is calm. In the hostel, it is quiet and peaceful. The only thing is that the suitcase room is small and, if you have the bunk-style capsule bed, the locket is very small.”

“The mattress was thin and hard. The protection pad on the bed was very disgusting. No flat sheet provided. The hostel was very bare bones. No fridge or kitchen for food. Staff were pleasant and kept everything clean. Getting around was easy. Great location.”
