“Il design è carino ma la pulizia sotto lo standard giapponese. Il personale un po' particolare: qualcuno carino e disponibile altri invece imbronciati e quasi infastiditi dalla presenza delle persone, non ci si sente proprio accolti. Gli spazi per dormire andrebbero puliti meglio. C'è poco spazio per riporre le valigie e sistemare le proprie cose”

“The hostel is in a very good position. In 10-15 minutes you can walk to every Shinjuku station [Sanchome, Higashi, JR]. Hanazono Shrine [shinto temple], Golden Gai and Kabukicho are at one step. The staff is just great, super polite and super available to help. They speak english properly, so there is no difficulty in communicating.
