Viaggio con la famiglia
28 nov 2025
8 nights in November 2025.
To set expectations right, my four-star rating is based on how well the property owners provided a three-star level of service. I think they did it pretty well. The only thing that I didn't like at all was the non-transparent window with armored glass. I have never seen such a thing. Maybe it is due to some Japanese law.
Everything else is fine (again, this is just a three-star hotel), but with some "features," so be prepared:
- Second-floor reception. You enter the building and find yourself in a tiny hall with a lift, no signs, nothing. Go to the 2nd floor.
== Side note: They close the doors from midnight to 6 a.m. (if I recall correctly), so if you arrive late, call the hotel in advance to find out how to deal with this.
- Check-in kiosk. Be prepared to go through a process of "enter this and press that" before it gives you a key.
== Side note: They have a money-changing machine, but the rate is terrible.
- Only one key per room, but you will find a key duplicator on the floor (1,000 Yen per duplicate).
- Checkout kiosk - insert the key, and you are done.
- Checkout at 10 a.m., but they provide a free storage service.
- The room is not small; it is TINY. But it's well-organized. There are lots of USB ports, so there is no need to buy an adapter just to charge a phone or tablet.
- I'm not sure if this is normal practice, but when we forgot to put the "please clean the room" sign on the door, they didn't clean it.
