“Checked into our room @ 10:00pm, lots of parking lot drinking activity…which were ok with, but after getting checked into our 2nd floor room, I took the stairs back downstairs to get something out of our vehicle, I noticed a rock holding a door open, which a sign on the door said you must use a room keycard for re/ entry. Tells me people were going in & out of the building using no keycard. Left us feeling very uneasy…. Ppl”

“the property had burned and was closed two weeks before our stay was to take place. We were never notified and had to scramble at 10 pm to find a place to stay. was not very convenient to find out after getting there we had no place to stay.”

“Room is ok for the price, it does need some updates. Room 141 door does not work all the time and has to be reactivated. You have to pull on the door and then push up oh it to get the door unlocked. Fix the door!!”

“My friend and I booked our stay for two nights to participate in the Mercy Health Glass Marathon event. Meredith was amazing and provided excellent service the entire time we were there. Christine created a fabulous sign the morning of our run to acknowledge runners and of course we had to take a picture with it, barely awake at 4:30am.
