Hotel a Toledo

“Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower head was marginal and grab bars were poorly installed and caulked. Breakfast was not good, sausage was gray and scrambled eggs were just weird. Bread was dried out and no variety. No orange juice. No jam or jelly.”

“The manager Kerrie was wonderful! We had a couple issues that she did try to fix and even though she wasn’t able to, she did what she could. This is a wonderful place to stay, the staff was super friendly and we will stay again.”

We could not use the pool, closed for cleaning. The breakfast was good at the restaurant. We couldn’t try dinner as it was Sunday so only limited bar food. We will definitely stay again.”

“FULL sized beds- Not Queen. Wasn't aware of this prior to booking. Rooms were great, except for the small beds. It was very difficult to fit a family of 4 with an infant into the "family" advertised rooms.”

“I just want to note some things about the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew upon arrival. There is a hole in the wall on the wall behind the room door. A piece of the front door is missing when entering the room. There was something red in the wall to the right upon entering the door. The bathroom floor and lower wall has lots of wear and tear. Nice size spider web on the wall next to my bed. For 1 night at $190 I would expect a better experience. I’ve been in communication with staff and...
