“Conveniently located near the freeway for easy off and on access. Decent rates and was completely booked due to a baseball tournament. Room was clean and the air conditioning definitely works. The daily breakfast which is included was very good with a nice selection of standard breakfast foods.”

There was still garbage left stuffed behind the cushions, the door lock was broken. I requested a replacement room and was handed another room with broken door locks. “Had a spacious double room with a kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Valet parking plus a $35 parking fee is the only drawback. No parking for high vehicles.”

“Jeremy at the front desk checked us in and was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not. “The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn...

“The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!”

“Property was nice and room was spacious. Stuff was very courteous. However, the room ware had a weird smell when we entered. It was too late when we checked in to get the room changed.”
