Vacanze Tollhouse

Struttura un po datata ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che sono inclusi parcheggio e colazione… da rinnovare un pochino le aree comuni

It was nice even though construction was going on

Personale e servizi (auto di cortesia) eccellenti

The address published on the listing is wrong. You have to prepay for parking, but there is no info or way to do this unless you book directly from their website. We booked through Hotels.com and can't even find a website for them anywhere. Minimal cooking items in their full kitchen. Not enough towels or blankets for a full apartment. No way to plug the drain in the tub to give kids a bath. No hot water. When calling for help, the staff is not on the property. They say someone will come, but no one ever does. This could be a great place but it is way too poorly managed.

Mi aspettavo di più. Hotel poco accogliente, camere con arredamento brutto e piccole
