“Bed sheets and blankets were stained, towels were stained, bathroom smelt of mold and must. Walls and stuff on them. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Fridge didn’t seal shut. Pool wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t there half the time. Seemed like everyone was on drugs and lived there. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!”

“Property and room were clean. We had an accessible room, which worked out fine. I just wished the furniture was positioned a bit better. The turn from out of the bathroom door to the bedroom area is had a desk right there, which was just big enough to fit a mobility scooter in between, but a tight turn requiring multiple adjustments.
