Charming house in a charming town, Casa Cerini

Set just a block away from the heart of this quaint little Marin County town, Casa Cerini offers a wonderful place to relax and plan your activities. Within minutes you are in Dillon beach and the wine country starts just 20 minutes away. Petaluma and Sebastopol are conveniently less than 30 minutes away. The adorable 2 bedroom house offers a spacious living room, formal dining room, roomy kitchen and a wonderful deck and backyard behind the house with good privacy to enjoy a dip in the hot tub or a quiet meal outdoors. Both bedrooms boast comfortable queen beds and TVs. There is a fireplace and a large TV in the living room and the formal dining room seats up to 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a coffee station with a machine that can make pots by drip or K-Cups which are provided.

The 19th century town of Tomales still looks much as it did at the turn of the 20th century. There is a small market, amazing bakery and deli. saloon, the William Tell house restaurant; History Museum; homemade sausage sandwich shop and more.

Please see our 5StarVR site for information about our personal chefs, caterers, massages, Yoga instructors & personal trainers as well as great information about local restaurants & wineries and fun things to do in the area. All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Hot tubs are heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.

This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.

Wonderfully renovated home with classic dark wood framing and bright white walls. I have been disappointed in the past when the home didn’t live up to the pictures in the property details. Casa Cerini is actually more beautiful in person than in pictures. We had a tremendous stay in the small, secluded town of Tomales. It is very close to Dillon Beach and reasonably close to Bodega Bay and Valley Forge. Highly recommended.

Memorial day weekend

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your house! The house is cozy, indeed charming and welcoming. The amenities were easy to find, everything is clean and spotless. The desk was such a plus: our kids were able to finish their homework from missing school on Friday. The beds were comfortable. I loved the freshness and softness of the linens. We feel so comfortable in this house. It is so clean (the cleaning goddess needs to make big bucks), the beds and furniture are so comfy, and the overall vibe is so cozy. Great neighborhood, in an idyllic location.

Perfect location

The house had every amenity you could think of and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything! It was only 8 minutes to Dillon Beach and a block from town and the best bakery ever! We are definitely going to return! We loved the house and Tomales.

Charming property

Our stay at Casa Cerini was excellent! Location was perfect for us as we had a family wedding to attend at The Haven. The Route One Bakery is a block away and it was wonderful as well. The beds were very comfortable and inviting after a long few days. House was clean and had everything we needed. We will be back again to stay and enjoy the beautiful coastline soon!!

Delightful!

We were in the area for a Bioluminescent Kayaking Tour. Casa Cerini was a delightful stay that was close the the launch at Nick's Cove/Miller Boat Launch. We got the last few days of the warm fall weather and were able to enjoy it out on the porch and patio! The pictures of the house looked beautiful, and it was much nicer in person! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I already left you a rave review on the property management site. Thank you for providing an immaculate house, in a quiet neighborhood with my comforting NorCal fog. We dropped the last kid at SSU and your characterful home with the softest, most comfy beds and amazing recliners and well equipped kitchen were so soothing to our souls. I met the beautiful human who cleans your house and told her how utterly amazing she is and how much I appreciated her hard work. Thanks to all for great home away from home. Wonderful girls trip!

Friends from college came together for two days and enjoyed the wonderful Casa Cerini. We cooked dinner, used the barbecue, and hung out in the beautiful craftsman house, sat on the front porch enjoying bakery items from the nearby bakery. It was a wonderful time!

Great house, great location...

The house is lovely and well suited for a couple or small family. Highway 1 is close by with access to all sorts of wonderful things. At night it gets quiet and you can hear the birds (including a family of owls that lives nearby), sometimes the local cows, and sometime a neighbor playing the flute. Tomales is a great little village with Route One Bakery and also interesting houses and gardens you can view walking around. Dillon Beach is just a few miles away and even a day trip into San Francisco or Napa is completely do-able. Thumbs up! Great place to stay.

Great spot minutes from the coast

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was less than 5 minutes to walk to the bakery, playground and general store in tamales and the beach was just a short drive away. The home itself was clean and spacious. Plenty of games, both board games and lawn games, hot tub which we used plenty, and a nice fire pit. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing NorCal vacation.
