“The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest ”

"Problemi. Ecco il nostro soggiorno. La struttura utilizza il metodo di check in online. Tutto bene se hai una linea funzionante, la mia purtroppo non funzionava così bene e la procedura non ha funzionato, il loro sito non andava più ed è andato in bug. Dopodiché per risolvere sono rimasta 2/3 ore al telefono con l’assistenza e dopo aver richiamato perché mi chiedevano la linea un’anima pia ci ha risolto il problema. Dopodiché arrivati in una struttura per 4 persone ci siamo ritrovati con un letto e un divano chiuso, abbiamo dovuto sistemare noi il divano, abbiamo aperto e le lenzuola purtroppo non avevano la dimensione giusta. Allora richiamiamo l’assistenza per lamentarci e ci dicono che sarebbero venuti a portarci le lenzuola. Quindi li aspettiamo svegli, dopo un’ora di attesa ci dicono che non sarebbero venuti, per disperazione ci siamo arrangiati usando il piumino come lenzuolo di sotto, e abbiamo messo le bambine a dormire nel letto. Verso mezzanotte sentiamo bussare e arriva una persona dell’hotel scocciata a portare un’altro lenzuolo che non ci stava. Dopodiché ne porta un’altro all’arrangiata che buttato sul divano ha almeno coperto il divano. Insomma abbiamo “risolto” a mezzanotte. Il problema è che non aspettando più nessuno avere una persona in camera a mezzanotte non è proprio una bella cosa senza considerare che il letto era comunque arrangiato e non sistemato. Grazie a dio ho viaggiato e mai mi sono trovata a contatto con una compagnia cosi disorganizzata."
"Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti al Penn's View Hotel di Philadelphia. La struttura è situata nel quartiere di Penn, a due passi da alcune principali attrazioni come la Liberty Bell e Independece Hall. A pochi passi dall'hotel passa anche il PHLASH bus che consente di raggiungere le zone più lontane. Personale molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in prima del previsto senza problemi e abbiamo anche potuto lasciare in consegna le valigie dopo il check-out per poter visitare la città un altra mezza giornata. La struttura non è delle più moderne ma è comunque ben curata."
