“Staff were not friendly and checking in was awful. Waited over 10 minutes. She was rude to me as well as other guests. Yelling on phone as well. Not friendly. Check out with another staff was better. At least she was kind. Didn’t seem like she was happy to be working, but was nice.”

“The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long.”

“Gran bell'albergo, con grande piscina interna ed ottima colazione. Elegante. Stanza grande e comoda, molto pulita e confortevole. Il letto extra era un divano letto, materasso però non molto comodo. Parcheggio gratuito con molto spazio.”

“Basically it's a "get what you pay for" and less! In dire need of updating. Non smoking room with cigarette burn holes in the bedding. No continental breakfast available, no one even at the desk in the a.m. to inquire about coffee. Homeless people going through the dumpster, only 2 cars in the parking lot. Slept with the chair in front of my door because I didn't feel too safe!”

“They did an awesome job restoring and decorating this historic property. Loved everything about it—sustainability features, coziness, cleanliness, etc. They also provide coffee and fruit and biscotti in the mornings. The location is great too, at a short walking distance from the Commons. Highly recommend ”
