“Lots of space but many marks on the carpets and lounges. There was tissue and wrappers on the rug (not vacuumed properly) and main ensuite not cleaned thoroughly (used soap left in the recess) and the floor sticky.Disappointing considering the price per night. ”

The patio doors were stiff and very difficult to open, a couple of the plates were badly chipped and we would have appreciated some herbal teas. Apart from these it was a fabulous home and the location was brilliant. ”

“The house was lovely. We picked this house because of the fire place but there was no kindling and only 2 huge logs that needed to be chopped to even fit in the fire place. We asked could kindling and smaller logs be dropped off to us. The kindling was dropped off that afternoon but no smaller logs. So asked again about that. We found the logs at the front door as we were checking out. There was no contact made to tell us this had been dropped off.Also the ceiling fan in main bedroom was...
