Should something not be up to a guests expectations whilst staying, we always ask guests to let us know whilst they are with us so that we have the chance to fix the issue rather than reading about it online. Hi Damien, Thank you for your review of our motel! We are sorry it didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Although our reception is unmanned after 4pm on a weekend, we always have a manager on duty who is only a phone call away to assist in any way at any time of day or night as per the information in your room. Unfortunately the fan in that particular reverse cycle aircon failed on the night that you stayed and now that we have been alerted to this, we have had it replaced. - Juliana and the Park Motor Inn team
