If looking for a friendly relaxing place to stay in Laguna this is definitely the spot I will for sure be coming back here again .”

The water was cold on our first day and we had to notify staff; the staff at first was telling us that it was normal but after being adamant they fixed the issue right away and hot water was working. “La location é molto suggestiva e affascinante, sembra quasi di essere in Marocco. La camera ha davvero troppi elementi in tessuto che risultano sporchi e polverosi. ( tende, sedie e panca del letto) Materasso un po vecchio forse, non sostiene bene la schiena. Nota di merito al personale che é super gentile e premuroso. Colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità”

“The property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. They offer beach towels, chairs and other beach equipment rentals, which was reasonably priced and convenient. The location was walkable to many restaurant, music venues and of course the beach. We were on the second floor and had a lovely ocean view. “The room was very tight and the shower flooded the drain was dirty. Also there was not enough parking for property occupancy. The swing front desk young lady was polite but the day shift young lady upon arrival was not very welcoming as she seen us and stepped into the back. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Minutes walk from the beach and free parking on property. They do provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Small pool no hot tub. Stayed here before however this time there was mold in the bathroom. Also paid extra for a balcony upgrade still hasn’t been refunded for the upgrade that didn’t happen.”
