B&B a Topeka

“The water from all faucets is over softened so it had a slimy texture. There was drywall dust on the carpet under the thermostat. The breakfast selection is underwhelming.”

“good breakfast with a selection of sweet and savory items. good coffee and very clean, organized eating area. would definitely keep this brand top of list for future stays.”

“Very helpful staff, couldn't get my room door open when we checked in @10pm. The counter guy came back up with me and made sure I could get my door to my room open.”

“Pulled into the parking no signs lighting was poor. The loby was extremely dirty and smelled very bad. Very poor conditions. Did not stay .”

“I liked the quaint comfy room. It was quiet with no odor of any kind. The staff were easy to talk with. However, I think the garage that is provided behind the hotel is pretty shabby and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car nor walking through the parking garage.”

“A pleasant enough place close to a lot of amenities. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Clean and updated rooms. Staff was friendly and approachable. Next to restaurants and movie theatre.”

“Great breakfast- eggs/meat/waffles/cereal/yogurt—-great coffee. Very clean & comfortable. Front desk staff is very nice. Hotel is across from a large public park/greenspace.”

“Our 1 night stay was okay. Front desk staff was not friendly, not super helpful and seemed annoyed to be at work maybe. Fitted sheets were also too small for the bed which was frustrating. Location was safe though and overall not too bad.”

“Very clean and a decent breakfast.”
