“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay...

“The hotel is located in an area of town that is run down. When you walk in the decor is extremely outdated, potted fake plants with dust on them that look like they've been sitting there since 1985, a clock that doesn't work. It felt like a museum. The person at the front desk was in no hurry to assist us, then had to manually enter our credit card. Not a big deal, just another example of how outdated this hotel is. Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.
However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...
