“Because when we arrived there were people and there was a double booking and we could not stay at the house”

The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. “Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...
