Was great. Easy check in. Only downfall was parking closed by 11pm, but public parking literally across the road so wasn’t an issue!

Fast check in and check out. They helped us all the time, they recommended us places to go eat. Service was AMAIZING!

I like everything about the room and the service. What I did not like was the TV reception; it took maybe almost four times to get a channel;. Reception was very slow to connect.

had 1 small hiccup at the hotel but was fixed right away and the fridge was replaced and everyone was super friendly and was clean and we will be re-booking in the new year and will stay longer then 2 days

Stay was close to venue for a wedding but smelled awful inside the room. A mixture of food and smoke most likely from the visitors before us. Not a refreshing smell when you walk in. Very dim lights as well.

Mon copain et moi avons adoré notre expérience au Hilton Garden Inn. Non seulement l'emplacement est idéal, mais il y a de nombreuses options de stationnement ( utilisation facile des vélos "Bike Share Toronto" pour se promener un peu partout sans aucune difficulté!). Le personnel de l'hôtel s'est montré très accueillant et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. La chambre que nous avions était au 14e étage: elle était propre, lumineuse et offrait une belle vue sur le ville côté ouest (magnifique coucher de soleil!). Le lit était très confortable et grand (un vrai lit King). L'étage était calme et la chambre bien isolée tant des bruits du couloir de l'hôtel que de l'extérieur de la ville. Aussi, les mesures sanitaires étaient bien respectées et nous étions confortables partout dans nos déplacements tant dans l'hôtel qu'en dehors. Nous retournerons avec joie dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour :)

Asked for a higher floor- ended up with a view of the side of another building. Overall was clean although our floor smelled odd. No room service at 10pm had to go down. Overall clean and good if just you looking for a place to crash.

Awesome location to access everything in Downtown TO by foot or subway. Great rates. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean, quiet, comfy beds, fridge and microwave. Limited pool access (one family at a time, which is pretty cool actually) and no onsite restaurant, due to pandemic restrictions. But with so many food options within walking distance, who cares?

Everything was great including the staff; however the TV wasn't connecting properly to the signal and the remote wouldn't work properly - the buttons were off.

beau séjour
Bel hôtel, pas d’attente. Le manager a ouvert une plage horaire de piscine pour nous ( merci ce fut tres apprécié) Seule bémol qui n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, des clientes en boisson qui hurle dans les couloirs et ensuite dans leur chambre. Nous ont tenus éveillés de 1h a 4h Am malgré l’interdiction des gens de l’hôtel.
