El hotel tal cual las fotos, nada extraordinario, parece viejo y no es muy bonito, por el precio no se esperaba nada más.

The location is great - restaurants, shopping, museums, all within walking distance. Subway right there. It is shabby and rundown, but clean enough. "Hot" water is slow to warm up.

市内からも近く、歩いて中心街まで行ける便利なとこにありました。近くに大学もあり、治安もよかったので夜遅くに歩いても問題なかったです。 部屋も清潔で広々としていたのですが、暖房の効きがよすぎて、翌日喉がやられてしまいました(・┰・)暖房器具の調節が3段階だったので調節があまりできなかったですが値段にあったホテルでした。

We used the luggage storage room (got handed a key) and there was actual trash in it... Empty Tim's cups, vodka bottle, tampon applicator, etc. Pretty gross, but we didn't really have a choice so we took our valuables with us and stowed the rest for the day until check in. Room was okay, but it's definitely not the Howard Johnson it used to be anymore.

The toilet was blocked in our room. They gave us another room the second night of our stay. Room keys didnt work. Water pressure was very low, and the water not hot enough to have comfortable shower.

Inexpensive for a reason...
Ceiling tiles missing, cleanliness issues, temperature control difficulties, breakfast to be avoided. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Needs some work. Beware of parking fee.
A fridge in the rooms is kind of standard for a "hotel" and provided in most motels. Surroundings need some work, peeling/breakage/rusty brass lamps... Cleanliness good, staff friendly.

No changes since last here 5 years ago including .
Phone does not work,had to go down to office to report problems and get more blankets,heat did not work slept in sweaters sat in coats,smoke detector not flashing. Nice view, well located.o info on how to work tv,channels etc. Really concerned about phone not working incase of emergency.

Didn’t like the way some staff spoke to me when asked a question. “I don’t know, go figure it out check the sign”, check in they sent me to a room that wasn’t ready had things in it that belonged to someone. I liked the room and the awesome tv in the room but it was very cold in the room and heater wasn’t warming up even on its highest setting!

The tv was stuck on a channel and wouldn’t turn off unless it was unplugged, there was no hot water, the plug for the hair dryer didn’t reach the outlet in the bathroom, the staff was very unhelpful, the “breakfast” was a few loaves of bread with a toaster and some mini muffins and a couple cartons of juice, there was a strange odour in the elevator and throughout the halls, the parking was extremely overpriced and there is no way to access the hotel from the parking lot.

The furnishings and halls and foyer are very TIRED. This hotel needs a major overhaul especially given its location. It does not appear to cared for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Expedia actually has a case against them right now!! We had a horrible experience with them. In the morning we complained and the guy at the front desk gave permission to Expedia to refund our money. The very next day though, they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN for the same damn room! These guys are scammers! They keep the hotel at 17.5 so the poor guy working was wearing a winter coat! We were given 4 different rooms because the first one was an icebox, the heater did not work. Second room the toilet would not flush! Third room was USED!!! Filthy black marks on the washroomfloor, bed slept in etc... 4th room was very cold because the heat was so low & it just would not heat up. But this was 4am and we were exhausted and just stayed in the room freezing throughout the night. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

I had not even gotten to the hotel and I was already extremely dissatisfied. It took over a week for Expedia to be able to get a hold of the hotel. I tried calling the hotel myself and got no answer, nor did they return my call when I left a message. The hotel itself looked extremely run down and the staff were not helpful or pleasant at all. This booking was for a business trip and I had to cancel the reservation because I would not be able to look my employees in the eyes after subjecting them to such conditions. I will NEVER under any circumstances EVER stay here.

Not as good as in the past
They might have change ownership, because I have stayed in the past, but this time, the service was bad. Clean in the rooms, but Lobby and hobby leaves a lot to desire. Phone in the room did not work!. People smoke in the stair wells. This place has a lot of potential, but they do not invest into the building or staff! I will not be going again. I would not recommend this place.

Not So Good Second Time Around
I stayed at this Hotel about 5 years ago. You can't beat the location and there is parking available for a price. This time I was upgraded to a queen however the room was cold even with the heat turned up all the way. The hot water was not hot. You can only make local calls on the room phone and there is no way at the hotel to make long distance calls. They don't provide a statement of your expenses which most hotels place under your door the night before your departure. I lost my credit card while I was checking out. I forgot to ask for it and to my knowledge it was not returned to me.

This place is not worth the money we paid, it feels like i'm sleeping with cockroaches, didn't see any but it felt like it. It says parking available but never a fee so to find out it was $30 a night was a suprise
