This is not a real hotel. It’s converted offices above a car rental place. The shuttle didn’t show up, even after calling the front desk and requesting it and being told it would be there in 25 min every time we called. The door is hard to find because you literally go in through the car rental place. There’s no lock on the inside of the room except the latch lock. Two throw pillows instead of real pillows on the bed. The walls are thin and you can hear everything (sorry everyone for my 2am departure!) including flights overhead.

The hotel was located in a rental car kiosk, above a subway and shawarma shop.This should be classified as a very low budget motel. I was under the impression that expedia had higher standards than this. As you walk through the hallways there was a dirty baby pack and play in front of 2 microwaves, not a great impression of clenliness. Don’t expect to take a shower…turn the water on… Cold. Turn it off and back on …. scalding hot. Terrible “hotel”. Can’t even say you get what you pay for. Paid too much!!!

TV did not work. Room was expensive given Expedia price differed from hotel price. No complimentary breakfast given website was screwed up. People…, get your act together. Will not be going back

If you desperately need to sleep because of a delayed flight, pay the extra bucks to stay anywhere else but this Nu hotel! It’s not Nu, it’s Ol. Lol! Dusty walls, old school elevator, crappy service, etc

I called from the airport for a free shuttle, but the phone was out of service. I took a cab, they said they will refund my cab fare to the credit card I left for incidentals. I will wait for my credit card bill to see if this was done.

Super old building, really noisy and scary elevator. Room door did not lock. Dust everywhere - super unclean. Only 2 small pillows on bed. Light bulb burnt out in washroom. TV wasn't working and went down to front desk to ask for help - she said she would come up to check but she never came.

Unfortunately, staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful when organizing my airport transfer. The hotel is a single floor of rooms, accessed by a rickety elevator, located above a car rental shop. As a solo woman, I didn’t feel super safe or comfortable.

They are not clear where their shuttle is. It's not with the other Hotel shuttle buses. They should specify that. They have no phone manners. First time I called to find out about shuttle, they told me pole E3, and hung up before I can ask how long it would take. I stood outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes. Called back to ask how much longer it would take, she answered "I will call him again" and hung up again, without telling me how long. 😡 The bottom of the foot of the toilet was dirty and garbage behind the toilet, so it had not been cleaned.

Very convenient and budget park and stay. Noisy when people move in and out all night, then garbage truck and planes take over at 6 a.m. You get what you pay for. Owners are very helpful and responsible, room is clean and renovated

The room specifically bedding was not clean. There was no soap in the bathroom. The hotel is at Very noisy area and the windows are not capable to absorb the noise.

I liked the inexpensive price and the large Queen bed. I just needed an overnight room and Nu Hotel was great. Very close to the airport! What I did NOT like was that when I emailed them @ their info address and asked where the shuttle bus would pick me up at, they simply said to phone when I cleared customs. I would rather them have told me in the email what pillar to be at to get the shuttle!

Outdated and not clean. Janky elevator. Primarily using it as a layover in Toronto so just wanted somewhere clean and convenient but it did not deliver. Airport shuttle did not come when we requested in the morning, so got to the airport later than we wanted for our flight- stressful.

Read this review before booking here! When we checked in, they gave us the wrong key to the door. Then the door would not lock, so we had to put our luggage against the door. They would not offer us a solution or help with anything. It was already 10PM so we just pushed our bags and side table in front of the door as we didn't have another option. The bed had lint and dirt on it. It is not presented as a motel. That is what it is at best. When I called about the shuttle, the receptionist hung up on me because apparently I had already called and should not bother her. (I should note. I had not) The shuttle is not always available, which is why we chose this place close to the airport. I do not recommend to go to this place. We just needed somewhere to crash as we had a connecting flight the next morning. Not worth it.

Could NOT contact by Phone to get Shuttle. Did NOT get a wake-up call as requested. Wanted a photo-copy of Credit card. Would NOT return $100.00 Deposit. Very inconsiderate Staff making excuses to cover wake-up call, return of deposit, phone problem [info staff at airport tried to phone Nu Hotel but were unable to connect!
