“The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful. No one spoke English and when our German was not enough there was no understanding or customer thinking. Just a constant repetition of the words she knew we did not understand. When there was a problem with the payment via Hotels.com she had no interest in helping to try to solve it. “Mooie locatie met goede parkeerplaats, Mooie ruime kamer met prima badkamer en zeer goede bedden. Eenvoudige keukenkaart maar lekker gegeten. Ontbijt was sober maar voldoende.”
