“The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return.”

“Overall quite good experience. Beach is clean and comfy, pool is nice and rooms are too. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Only negative side is mosquitoes and other insects that are really annoying!!”

“Having our own pool was amazing and it was cleaned everyday by a very pleasant happy man who made it sparkle. The staff at reception were fantastic, the fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious, and we were looked after by the staff and tried some lovely meals at the restaurant. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, relaxing stay. ”

“The room was very small for two people. The staff were excellent, location interesting. My only complaint was there seemed to be no sound proofing, we could clearly hear what was going on in adjoining rooms and the dinging of elevator during the evening.”

“There is no beach. Just sea wall. Gounds are spotless. No restaurant. ”

“Nice little hotel on the main road, not far away on motorbike from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pagoda is also not far away. Hotel is fairly new or they has just repainted it. Spacious small rooms and only downside is that they placed the switch to bathroom light behind the tv. And windows can not open but aircon is really effective.”
